1. Sennheiser RS 175

The Sennheiser RS 175 is one of the easiest headphones to use. It is an over-ear wireless headphone that comes with a charging rack. The headphones are run off of chargeable AA batteries with a 2-year warranty. The volume is easy to control on the first use. Comes with clear sound quality, the Sennheiser RS 185 can become uncomfortable after a while and the range can lack distance. However, the level of difficulty will catch your attention after the first use.

Specifications

  • Battery Life: Takes rechargeable AA Batteries
  • Type: Over-ear
  • Noise Cancelling: No
  • Built-In Mic: No
Pros
  • Volume Control
  • Sound Quality
Cons
  • Uncomfortable
  • Range

Sample Customer Review…I also have a another pair of wireless headphones from a reputable company and yes they were cheaper to purchase however, there is no comparison to these headphones. These sound great , have easy operation when you are wearing them and they are really comfortable compared to the other set I have. The rechargeable battery last quite a while also as I have never run out of a charge even after using them for long periods and not chagrining for a few days. If you want to watch TV and not bother anyone you can’t beat these. Also got a pair for my mother in-law who had a hard time hearing the TV even with hearing aids and it has provided a positive change to how she now watches/ enjoys TV.

2. Sennheiser Momentum Wireless

What better way to enjoy your weekend of TV than with the Sennheiser Momentum Wireless headphones. This pair of headphones contain the perfect rhythm when it comes to TV sound. They will sync with your Samsung TV perfectly and will cancel any outside noises so you can watch TV peacefully. The price of this headphone is a little high and the battery may lack some juice, but with the aesthetic design and clear sound this pair of headphones will get the job done and more.

Specifications

  • Battery Life: 22 hour
  • Type: On-ear
  • Noise Cancelling: Yes
  • Built-In Mic: No
Pros
  • Perfect rhythm
  • Versatile
  • Great noise cancellation
Cons
  • Price
  • The battery is okay compared to the competition

Sample Customer Review…These are simply awesome cans! I owe a pair of Sony WH1000XM3’s which are superb devices. I think Sony is to be complimented for their recent production of some world-class products, stepping clearly out in front of the simply good mass-produced electronics that they are noted for. That being said, these Sennheiser Momentum 3 are just a bit sweeter, a bit more distinct, and sharp in the upper range. It’s kind of a wasteful, delicious indulgence to own several different cans to experience their unique performance. As a baby boomer (easy haters) I’ve probably blown out most of my fine range hearing having experienced first hand the finest rock music ever produced in the history of the world in the 60s, 70s, and 80s (go ahead, I double dare you to say differently)! These Sennheiser’s rock the Zep, the Stones, Pink Floyd, and yes Leonard Cohen the way it was met to be! Give them a shot, you won’t be disappointed!

3. Plantronics 207120-21 Backbeat Pro 2

The Plantronics 207120-21 backbeat pro 2 is a mouth full to say, but they are also full of high-resolution sound. These headphones are built with a 24-hour battery for the best wireless experience. They are a versatile pair of headphones that will work, not only for your Samsung TV, but with other devices also. You do need to buy a Bluetooth transmitter separately, but other than that the Plantronics 207120-21 backbeat pro 2 is a pair of headphones that will meet your TV needs.

Specifications

  • Battery Life: 24 hours
  • Type: Over-ear
  • Noise Cancelling: Yes
  • Built-In Mic:
Pros
  • Versatile
  • Rotating ear-cups
  • High-resolution Sound
Cons
  • Need separate Bluetooth transmitter

Sample Customer Review…The battery life on them is awesome. During calls with outside noise, the sound quality on the other end is awesome. Music sounds pretty darn good too. Good bass and decently balanced, can’t complain. Bought these originally as some sound dampening when mowing the lawn. Of course, it can’t block all of that sound, but it does reduce it a good bit and brings out the music. For the office, you can still hear around you, it’s just quieter. There are better headphones for noise canceling, but those cost much more. These are a really good mix of functionality and price.

4. Avantree HT280

Are you looking for a pair of Samsung TV headphones so you can roam your house without missing the show? Well the Avantree HT280 is the perfect match for your needs. These wireless headphones will last up to 12 hours before needing a charge. The range on them is about 100 feet from your device, so roam freely with them on. They also come with easy-to-use controls for those who are new to headphones and no sound delay. The downside to these headphones is that they don’t provide noise cancellation and are specifically for TVs. Other than that these headphones are reasonably priced for those who like not spending too much money.

Specifications

  • Battery Life: 12 Hours
  • Type: Over-ear
  • Noise Cancelling: No
  • Built-In Mic: No
Pros
  • Price
  • Versatile (Only TVs)
  • No sound delay
  • Easy to control
Cons
  • Does not have ANC
  • Does not connect to phones or laptops

Sample Customer Review…After buying these headphones I went back and read some of the reviews and 90% of them were great but there were a few customers with negative comments. For the life of me, I can’t figure out why anyone would possibly say anything bad about this product! First of all, they’re super easy to set up! Second, the sound quality is supreme compared to other headphones I’ve tried. The loudness is way more than enough for even the deafest person to hear comfortably. Keep in mind these are not headbanging, rock & roll headphones, there manufactured for the hearing impaired so us older wore out folks can hear the TV without blasting the room with sound!! There is zero static, just pure clarity of sound. Some people said the buttons were hard to find while wearing them. Come on!!! You can believe these headphones are worth every penny! Try them, I promise you’ll be surprised!

5. Sony MDRRF985RK Wireless RF

Don’t you like having a pillow to sleep on? Well the Sony MDRRF985RK Wireless RF is just like pillows for your ears. With 25 hours of wireless battery life and easy to adjust earcups, this headphone will be a tough one to turn down. They also contain noise reduction technology so you can focus on what you are watching. The structure is not for those who don’t like simple designs, but if you prefer comfort over design then take a look at the Sony MDRRF985RK Wireless RF.

Specifications

  • Battery Life: 25 Hours
  • Type: Over-ear
  • Noise Cancelling: No
  • Built-In Mic: No
Pros
  • Battery life
  • Comfortable material
  • Easy to adjust
Cons
  • Design
  • Receiver connection

Sample Customer Review…Sony has 2 wireless headphone systems that are called different names with different model numbers. One WH-RF400, for TV and the other MDR-RF995RK, music. I bought the TV one first from Amazon. I discovered an offer for 30 bucks less item and got that. Worked great but the battery was not holding its charge. Called Amazon they called Sony and Sony sent me another battery. Before that came the first battery started working right. It may be that the battery needs 2 overnight charges to be right. I have a long history with Sony wireless headphones and I have several infrared units around the house. Before the new battery came I got back on Amazon for a second pair that I found another deal, about half the price. That’s when I noticed the second model #. both models looked the same and I went ahead and got it, and they came before the new battery… Both pairs work great. There seems to be a price difference between the two, so go for the best deal.

6. Sony WF-1000XM3

If you are not a fan of the bulky designs of headphones, then take a look at Sony WF-1000XM3. These headphones will fit perfectly in your ears and will connect with any device, even your Samsung TV. The battery has enough energy to last 24 hours before needing a charge. With great sound and excellent noise cancellation, these headphones will be on you at all times. They do not support HD, but they come with a built-in mic set for voice control that will work with any smart TV. Don’t miss out on a chance to snag a pair of these bad boys.

Specifications

  • Battery Life: 24 Hours
  • Type: In-Ear
  • Noise Cancelling: Yes
  • Built-In Mic: Yes
Pros
  • Perfect Fit
  • Excellent noise canceling
  • Great sound
Cons
  • No volume controls
  • No HD support

Sample Customer Review…I’ve had the opportunity to sample some of the latest True Wireless products and over-ear headphones currently on the market. Suffice to say, when I had the opportunity to review the new WF-1000MX3, I took it. The charging case featured a silky, back neoprene finish with an elegant copper lid. The texture of the black plastic finish and copper accents on the headphones was tasteful and understated. The opening of the lid was smooth, and the lights on the case indicating the charge status were quite helpful. Putting the headphones in my ear was a piece of cake; all I had to do was insert the foam tip and slightly twist the headphones counter-clockwise until they were comfortably secure. Pairing the XM3s to my iPhone X was a simple task. But the sound; the sound blew me away immediately. After owning Apple AirPods for over half a year, as well as trying the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless and Bose headphones, I was totally shocked at how much better the sound was and how Sony could pack so many features into such a portable product. The new noise-canceling chip completely eliminated the chatter surrounding me while the driver brought the concert to my ears! These are truly audiophile quality headphones with the ability for adjustments via the Sony Headphones Connect app. The Google Assistant integration makes these wireless earphones allow me to interact with my smart home and calendar without ever touching my phone. I cannot wait to purchase my own pair and enjoy my music, and nothing else.

7. Rybozen Wireless Headphones for Samsung TV

The Rybozen Wireless Headphones for Samsung TV are well known for their deep bass sound and great range. So, now you can do anything while you don’t miss a thing on your TV. This headphone comes with a charging stand that will fit anywhere you need it. The battery will last for 18 hours, which is enough time for several movies. Don’t let the price scare you away because, in the end, these headphones are worth it.

Specifications

  • Battery Life: 18 hours
  • Type: Over-ear
  • Noise Cancelling: No
  • Built-In Mic: No
Pros
  • Great Range
  • Deep Bass
  • Clear sound
Cons
  • No mic
  • Price

Sample Customer Review…I got these headphones so I could hear the TV better and they work wonderfully! I am very happy with them. They are very comfortable to wear even for extended periods of time like up to 3 hours or so. The controls are easy to use and one of the most important things to me is the volume stays where you put it even after turning them off and back on. I had a set before that every time you turned them on you had to adjust the sound volume down before putting them on. I was not sure about these, but they work perfectly. The set comes with every combination of adapter or cable you could need and my husband really liked that part, it was super easy to connect up to the TV. It almost took longer to open the box than to connect them, less than 3 minutes. You don’t have to be a techie to set them up either, the instructions are clear and explain everything. I would recommend them for anyone that wants an over-the-ear style headset, they just work great.

8. Artiste AHD300 Wireless Headphones for Samsung TV

No products found.

The Artiste AHD300 wireless headphones are made exactly for you because these are specifically made for Samsung TV use. These headphones may not have a mic and touchy bass control, but it has many positive qualities. The battery will last for up to 20 hours and the headphones will last you years. The sound quality is perfect and will be in sync with the TV sound. These headphones also come with a charging display that will fit perfectly to any room design.

Specifications

  • Battery Life: 20 hours
  • Type: Over-ear
  • Noise Cancelling: No
  • Built-In Mic: No
Pros
  • Battery life
  • Durable
  • Sound Quality
Cons
  • No mic
  • Bass hard to control

Sample Customer Review…I am so, so happy I bought this wireless headphone system! This was the third set I bought and I was gun shy. The last 2 sets were difficult to set up, had bad sound quality, and always cut in and out. I’m a teacher and due to COVID-19, I have to work from home and teach my students with Zoom. My husband, daughter, and I live in a small apartment so it was hard for them to watch TV or listen to music while I was working. Now everything is great. I can teach my students while my husband watches TV and listens to his music. He is also hard of hearing so I don’t have to listen to everything on “blast”. The set-up was simple and once everything was charged it was good to go. I can’t really speak about battery life because we haven’t had them long enough. This one product has made for a very happy house!!

9. Sony WH-1000XM4

The Sony WH-1000XM4 is one of the top competitors of headphones in any category. These headphones provide a noise-canceling experience that is to die for. It also comes with 30 hours of battery life and a built-in mic for times you need to use voice control on your smart TV. The Sound is rich and detailed compared to the competitors and not to mention they are very light in weight. The price is a little high for those on a budget, but I would say it is worth it.

Specifications

  • Battery Life: 30 hours
  • Type: Over-ear
  • Noise Cancelling: Yes
  • Built-In Mic: Yes
Pros
  • Dynamic, detail-rich sound
  • Sensational sense of timing
  • Lightweight, comfy and clever
Cons
  • No IP rating
  • No aptX support

Sample Customer Review…The sound quality is amazing! I use these for both music and TV at night and I could not be happier with the sound. Fit is perfect. I have a big head where many behind-the-head headphones are too small for me and over the heads feel tight, but these are very comfortable. They don’t stay well for physical activity but I keep my AirPod pros for that (if I can ever get the left side to charge). My only beef was the default settings for the controls and speech. Taking them right out of the box and putting them on, anytime anything touched them or someone spoke they would pause my music or TV program. After downloading the app and shutting those settings off, I could not be happier with my new headphones!

What headphones focus specifically on sound? Gaming headphones, the Astro A50 Wireless headphones are the godfather of sound. With an over-ear design to fit comfortably on your head for hours, and a built-in mic for smart TV use. These headphones also are well known for their clear surround sound and wireless 5GHz technology. These headphones are a little bit on the difficult side to use on a Samsung TV, but once you get the hang of it the sound is unforgettable.

  • Type: Over-ear
  • Noise Cancelling: No
  • Built-In Mic: Yes
Pros
  • Surround Sound

Sample Customer Review…These have been the most highly recommended headsets for me to buy for years now. Many of my friends have claimed lots of great things about these headsets. Whether it is quality, comfort, or surround sound, they have it all. My best friend had a set of these that I tried for a week and I loved them! Compared to all cheap headsets, this is the best high price purchase I have EVER made for headsets. And if this review doesn’t say enough for my fellow gamers. You will find me rewriting a review in the next year to prove I still have them and one them!

The Jelly Comb Wireless Headphones are one of the few best wireless Samsung TV headphones out there. The headphone dock that comes alongside the device can be connected to multiple devices at one time, making it an incredibly advanced and all-around enjoyable sound experience. Also, the range at which these headphones reach is far superior to others of its kind, allowing for movability while listening to your favorite song or podcast around the house. Furthermore, the Jelly Comb Wireless Headphones come with not only a charging dock, but also an RF transmitter with three different signal channels, making for better reception. It has an adjustable headband, plush ear pads made of memory foam, and all around fantastic sound.

Pros
  • Charging Dock
  • Easy mobility
  • Comfortable and Adjustable
  • Multiple signal transmitters
Cons
  • Confusing Instructions for Set-Up
  • Cheap
  • Not Noise Cancelling

Sample Customer Review…These headphones are not noise-canceling, so other people in the room can hear what I am listening to which is annoying for them. They also are not adjustable to fit snug, so that is something I had to get used to. They are much cheaper than noise-canceling headphones. I paid $99 for those and they started to crumble and short out after 2 years of use. These have a really great sound and do not short out. They connect very easily and I never have any problems with the connection or sound quality.

The range is great and does not seem to effected by brick or other solid walls.

How to Find the Best Headphones for Samsung TV

The list below is a few things that I recommend to look for when buying TV headphones. This list is more of an overall recommendation and not just specific to Samsung TVs. So go ahead and look at the list and take notes.

Price

When it comes to buying headphones for your TV you must look at the price. Many headphones carry different features and some may not even work for your specific needs. So why pay more for something you will never use. Make sure your needs are met and the price is reasonable compared to other competitions.

Battery Life

Don’t run out of battery in your headphones when you are on the best part of the movie. That is why battery life is important to look at, most headphones will let you know how long they will survive after a full charge. Just make sure they will last you the complete 2 hours of the movie without dying.

Built-In Mic

Do you have a Smart TV? If you do I recommend looking at if your headphones carry a built-in mic. Trust me this will be a useful tool because you will be able to use the voice control features when you are anywhere in the room. Once you try it for yourself you will never use the remote again.

Type

When I say the type of headphones I mean is it over-ear or in-ear, this is more for your comfort. Some prefer over-ear instead of in-ear, it all just depends on your preference. Looking for this description will benefit you in the long run, so don’t forget to meet your needs.

Conclusion

I hope that after reading all the descriptions of the Best Headphones For Samsung TV, you will be able to determine which ones are best for you. No more distracting others with the background noise of the TV. This isn’t just buying a pair of TV headphones this is an investment in TV headphones.
