If you’re immuno-compromised or looking to stay out of the crowds, a home gym is the way to go.
Which is More Beneficial: Training in the Home or Training in the Gym? The answer is: it’s up to you! Both settings have great benefits and specific drawbacks depending on your personality, schedule, and budget, but at the end of the day both get the job done of bettering yourself and your health. Consider your specific needs before purchasing a gym membership or crafting an entire home gym.
