Sample Customer Review… Fantastic binoculars! The quality of the image they provide is outstanding. The 8×42 are perfect for me for birding, sightseeing, sporting events, and stuff like that. They are a good balance of magnification, wide field of view, and brightness (exit pupil). The higher magnification 10×42 would also be good for these things, but you give up some field of view with the higher magnification. . The larger exit pupil makes viewing easier, even in bright daylight, because you can see the full image circle, even if your eyes aren’t perfectly lined up behind the eyepieces. They are nitrogen purged and waterproof, so they won’t fog up, on the inside, and you can use them in the rain with no worries. If they get dunked in the river when you are canoeing, they should be fine.
All in all, I think that for the money they are of excellent quality, and being nitrogen purged at this price makes them even a better buy.Read more reviews at Amazon.com

Buying Guide: What to Look for When Shopping for the Best Binoculars
In case the binoculars we listed off for you are just not meeting your needs, we also created a buying guide on how to choose the right binoculars for you!
First, we set our price limits. If we’re looking for a money-saving pair, it helps limit our options, but if we have a high budget, it also lets us take the freedom we need to ensure that the ones we purchase include everything we need.
Next, we brainstorm what we want to use these for. Is it for sports games? Is it for birdwatching? Hunting? Astronomy? Hiking? Deciding on what you plan to use them for will help you figure out what you need in a pair.
If you plan on using them in nature, you’ll probably want a pair that is waterproof and fog-proof with a good shell. You’ll also need to think about how to transport them. Do they come with a carrying case, and if not, are you willing to buy one? If not, will they fit well into your backpack, or do you want a more compact pair? We also look at the quality and distance of the lenses, too.
The final part we look at is the miscellaneous category of what makes these binoculars great. What are some of the extra features that we like? Do we wear glasses and need that eye relief? Are we allergic to a specific polymer and need to avoid that material? What about the color and size, if that matters to you?
At the end of the day, we hope that this article about the best binoculars and choosing your perfect pair was helpful to you. Whether you’re an avid sports fan, a birdwatcher, a hunter, an astronomer, or anyone, we hope that this helped spark some thoughts about this and guided you during your next shopping spree. Buying a new pair of binoculars can be a bit of a big financial investment, especially if you’re going after some of the higher-end pairs of binoculars, so it’s so important for you to make sure that you’re buying the right pair. A good pair of binoculars can take your hobby to the next level! You want to be comfortable while using them, while also making sure that they’re performing at a level that you expect, need, and satisfy your hopes and dreams. Good luck, and happy viewing!
